Tamil superstar Rajnikant’s much anticipated bilingual Kathanaykudu is postponed. According to our sources, the film is not releasing on July 31/August 1st as scheduled earlier. Due to the delay in visual effects, the film is likely to be released on the Independence Day - August 15th. But producers are trying to release it by August 8th.

It is produced by C Ashwini Dutt in Telugu and is directed by P Vasu.

So, other Telugu movies might change its release plans too. Official anouncement is awaited.
